  1. The Ada Complex in Stolac - demolition of Opijač house within the protected ensemble and construction of a new building the form and appearance of which are detrimental to the protected ensemble.
  2. The Historic Site – the Necropolis with Stećak Tombstones Radimlja near Stolac, the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina – an industrial and trade zone constructed in the immediate vicinity of the necropolis (300 m), pursuant to a town planning project unlawfully adopted in the Stolac Municipality. During the procedure of inscribing the monument on the Monuments at Risk List, the infrastructural and other construction works continued, destroying vineyards.

The protection measures stipulated by the Commission on the Designation of this site as a national monument are in line with the On-going Protection Program for the Radimlja site near Stolac, adopted by the Government of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina;

  1. The Historic Site – the Old Fort in Stolac, FBiH – illegal erection of 15 crosses, one of which has been made of concrete and lined with the stone taken from the walls of the protected fortress;
  2. The Architectural Ensemble – the Mediaeval Fortress in Jajce, FBiH – the fortifications are at risk from poor maintenance and adverse effects of the weather;
  3. The Resulbegović House in Trebinje – a concrete slab laid and a sports ground built on the site of the protected monument;
  4. The Turhan Emin-bey Mosque in Ustikolina, Foča - construction of a new building on the protected site of a demolished monument, destruction of some fragments of the monument;
  5. The Ripač Archaeological Site, Bihać - buildings being erected illegally within the protected site;
  6. The Historic Core of Blagaj, Mostar – new buildings being constructed are detrimental to the protected ensemble;
  7. The Historic Monument, the Šeranić House in Banja Luka, RS - historic monument at risk from a failure to take urgent steps to protect it from further deterioration;
  8. The Archeological Site - the Korića-Han in Gračanica, FBiH - buildings being erected illegally within the protected site;
  9. The Fortress in Kozarac, Prijedor - buildings being erected illegally within the protected site;
  10. The Architectural Ensemble – the Bužim mediaeval fort in Bužim, FBiH - at risk from failure to take urgent steps to protect it from further deterioration;
  11. The Historic Urban Area of Kreševo in Kreševo - at risk from demolition of buildings forming part of the group;
  12. The Archaeological Site Rataje, municipality Foča, RS - at risk from failure to take urgent steps to protect it from further deterioration;
  13. The Architectural Ensemble – Old Town Ljubuški in Ljubuški, FBiH - at risk from failure to take urgent steps to protect it from further deterioration;
  14. The Architectural Ensemble – the Mehmed-pasha Kukavica Mosque and Madrasa in Foča, RS – the remains of the architectural ensemble are at risk  residential buildings being constructed in the immediate vicinity of the complex;
  15. The Historic Site – Old Town in Prusac, municipality Donji Vakuf, FBiH - at risk from failure to take urgent steps to protect it from further deterioration;
  16. The Historic Site – Old Town in Koštun (Koštur) in Dabrica, municipality Berkovići, RS – at risk from total neglect and little maintenance;
  17. The Funerary Ensemble – the Cemetery at Presjeka near Ustikolina, municipality Foča, FBiH – at risk from little maintenance, overgrowing vegetation and existing mine fields;
  18. The Historic Monument – the Bridge on the Žepa River, municipality Rogatica, RS – at risk from the structural damage of the bridge;
  19. The Architectural Ensemble – the Balagija (Balaguša) Mosque with Harem (burial ground and courtyard) in Livno, FBiH –  at risk from moisture which causes damage of the decoration on the walls of the mosque;
  20. The Serbian Orthodox Church of St Nichola’s in  Srđevići, municipality Gacko, RS –  at risk  from subsidence and moisture,  which causes damage on the walls and decoration;
  21. The Historic Site – the Necropolis with Stećak Tombstones Delijaš near Trnovo, FBiH – at risk from  danger of relocating the stećak tombstones above the road;
  22. The Site and Remains of an Architectural Ensemble of the Mosque in Kazanci ( the Osman-pasha Kazanac Mosque) near Gacko, RS – at risk from the minaret of the mosque threatening to collapse;
  23. The Architectural Ensemble – Old Town Glamoč in Glamoč, FBiH – at risk from failure to take urgent steps to protect it from further deterioration;
  24. The Historic Site - Old Crosses in Drežnica near Mostar, FBiH - at risk from failure to take urgent steps to protect it from further deterioration;
  25. The Architectural Ensemble – the Old Fort Samobor, RS - at risk from failure to take urgent steps to protect it from further deterioration;
  26. The Archeological Site – the Hellenistic Town of Daorson in Ošanići near Stolac – at risk from little maintenance, illegal use of metal detectors, excavations and removal of the archeological heritage objects, destruction of cyclopean walls by writing graffiti on them and in other similar ways;
  27. The Archeological Site – the Necropolis with Stećak Tombstones at the Sites of Hamlet Brdo and Hamlet Perići, the Village of Hodovo, municipality Stolac, FBiH  - at risk from little maintenance;
  28. The Archeological Site – the Necropolis with Stećak Tombstones at the Site of an Orthodox Graveyard in the Village of Ljubljenica, municipality Berkovići, RS – at risk from little maintenance;
  29. The Sulejmanpašić Tower in Odžak near Bugojno, FBiH –  the stability of the building is undermined from self-sown vegetation as well as from little maintenance and the building threatening to collapse;
  30. The Old Orthodox Graveyard in Šljivno at Manjača, municipality Banja Luka, RS – the property was damaged during  EUFOR's manoeuvres; at risk from little maintenance;
  31. The Archeological Site and Remains of the Old Fort Prozor in Prozor, FBiH – at risk from failure to take urgent steps to protect it from further deterioration;
  32. The Historic Ensemble - the Prehistoric Hill Fort, Old Town of Sokolac in the Village of Sokolac, municipality Bihać, FBiH - at risk from failure to take urgent steps to protect it from further deterioration;
  33. The Archeological Site of Tašlihan, municipality Stari Grad, Sarajevo, FBiH – at risk from new interventions detrimental to the integrity and authenticity of the property;
  34. The Historic Building – the Building of the Former Convent and the School of the Sisters of Mercy in Travnik, municipality Travnik, FBiH – the roof structure and roof cladding badly damaged in fire; the building is at risk from moisture and little maintenance;
  35. The Historic Building - the Former Hall of Hotel "Bosna" (The Building of the Turkish Consulate) in Brčko, Brčko District BiH;
  36. The Historic Site – the Necropolis with Stećak Tombstones Srednje, municipality Ilijaš, FBiH – construction works commenced on the buildings  (gusulhana - room for laying out the dead and imam's house), which have undermined the necropolis thretening the stećak tombstones.
  37. The Historic Site – Old Town Kamengrad, municipality Sanski Most, FBiH – the building partly covered with self-sown vegetation and at risk from little maintenance causing fragments of the building to vanish for good;
  38. The Historic Site – the Necropolis with Stećak Tombstones at the Site of Navitak in the Village of Beganovići, municipality Olovo, FBiH – digging and expending the access road leading to the residential buildings in the immediate vicinity of the necropolis. The necropolis has been undermined to the south and the bones of the dead buried there are falling out from the graves;
  39. The Historic Monument – Musafirhana (the Salihagić House) in Fojnica, FBiH – at risk from failure to take urgent steps to protect it from further deterioration and from  failure to carry out routine maintenance works;
  40. The Historic Site – te Necropolis with Stećak Tombstones at the ''Mramorje'' Site, at the Site of Moguš, municipality Olovo, FBiH – the stećak tomstones are buried in the ground and at risk from self-sown vegetation (pine-wood spreading);
  41. The Residential Architectural Ensemble - the Hadžišabanović House in Sarajevo, municipality Stari Grad Sarajevo, FBiH – the building was heavily damaged in a gas explosion and is currently affected by weathering;
  42. The Historic Site – the Necropolis with Stećak Tombstones Opara, municipality Novi Travnik, FBiH – the necropolis at risk  the stećak tombstones being removed and a fence constructed, cutting the necropolis in two parts;
  43. The Architectural Ensemble – the Jajce quarters in Sarajevo, municipality Stari Grad, FBiH – the ensemble does not have a clearly defined owner; the building structure was heavily damaged during the recent war and the building has been exposed to weathering and has seen little maintenance ever since, which causes further deterioration of the ensemble;
  44. The Natural and Architectural Ensemble – the Bregava River Bed with Mills, Stamping Mills and Bridges, municipality Stolac, FBiH – at risk from little maintenance of the ensemble buildings; most mills and stamping mills are about to collapse;
  45. The Movable Property  - the Funds and Collections of the Historic Archives of Sarajevo, FBiH – the rooms housing the archival materials do not comply with the  international archival standards (humidity, temperature, light etc.), which may cause faster deterioration or complete destruction of individual items;
  46. The Cultural Landscape – the Village of Lukomir (Gornji Lukomir), municipality Konjic, FBiH – at risk from the lack of the Management Plan, detrioration of the buildings caused by little maintenance and inhabitants leaving the village;
  47. The Cultural Landscape – the Necropolises with Stećak Tombstones in the Village of Sovići, municipality Jablanica, FBiH – endangered by a natural landslide, as well as by an initiative of a few individuals to relocate the necropolis inside the Franciscan Monastery in Kraljeva Sutjeska and Rama-Šćit;
  48. The Historic Site – Old Town Todorovo (Novigrad) and the Mosque in Todorovo, municipality Velika Kladuša, FBiH – the property at risk from the lack of routine maintenance, disappearance of structures (Old Town) and exposure to weathering (non-existence of the roof and vegetation growing on the mosque building);
  49. The Architectural Ensemble – the Vrnograč Fortification, municipality Velika Kladuša, FBiH – endangered by self-sown vegetation and failure to maintain the building, which causes some parts of the ensemble to vanish for good.
  50. The Historic Site – the Necropolis with Stećak Tombstones and tombs, the site of Gračani, municipality Konjic, FBiH – the necropolis being directly endangered by sand exploitation at the site, which causes the landslide;
  51. The Movable Property – the Film Material of the Bosnia and Herzegovina Kinoteka (Cinema) in Sarajevo, FBiH – at risk from poor safekeeping conditions (moisture), lack of laboratories for restoration and need for professional training of the staff;
  52. The Residential Architectural Ensemble – the Hajjibey's House (the Ljubović Hasanbeg House) in Zvornik, RS – at risk from years of neglect and the damage threatening the building to collapse (a fell-in roof, floor joists in poor structural condition);
  53. The Historic Building – the Old Railway Station at Ilidža in Sarajevo, FBiH - at risk from years of neglect and the damage threatening the building to collapse (a fell-in roof, floor joists in poor structural condition);
  54. The Architectural Ensemble of the Former Paper Factory (''Papirna'') in Zenica, FBiH – the cracks and damage caused by the earthquake which struck Zenica on 27, 28 and 30 July 2012 have endangered the stability and load-bearing capacity of the Paper Factory  - ''Papirna'' Chimney in Zenica, as well as the safety of the surrounding buildings, inhabitants living there and passers-by;  
  55. The Architectural Ensemble – Hastahana (the Vakuf Hospital Building) in Sarajevo, municipality Stari Grad, FBiH – at risk  the building falling in as it has long been in a state of neglect; the stability of the remaining parts of the structure is at risk being a real threat to passers-by;
  56. The Residential Architectural Ensemble – the Stock House of the Džabić Family, known as the Džabić Tower, in Vrapčići near Mostar, FBiH – at risk from years of neglect and the damage threatening the building to collapse (the roof  structure is about to collapse, floor joists in poor structural condition, parts of the complex overgrown with self-sown vegetation);
  57. The Historic Monument – the Building at 11 Varoš Street in Jajce, FBiH – the building has not been lived in for more than 20 years, which, apart from lack of maintenance, is the main reason for such a poor state of the building: damage on the metal sheeting and sheathing have been recorded on the north side of the roof, which has caused the damage of the interior. In addition, two cracks are visible on the stone wall of the east facade; 
  58. The Architectural Ensemble – the Group of Buildings in Kotromanić Street (at numbers 36 and 38 Kotromanićeva and the building at the Corner of Kotramanićeva and Kalmija Baruha Streets) in Sarajevo – at risk from the structural collapse of the parts of the external walls. Kotromanić Street in Sarajevo; at risk from the structural collapse (building at 38 Kotromanić Street);
  59. The Historic Building – the Hajduk-Tower in Kručevića Brdo near Čitluk, FBiH - at risk  the building being in a state of neglect for a long time and the damage threatening the building  and stone blocks by the top of the preserved tower walls and parts of the external walls to collapse;
  60. The Necropolis with Stećak Tombstones Bijača, Ljubuški, FBiH – at risk from conservation-restoration works applying aggressive chemical treatment (archeological works not being previously conducted, i.e. the tombs were not investigated);
  61. The House known as the Dervišagića House (the house of the Srebrenica's kadija (judge) hajji Husejn effendi Đozić) in mahala (quarter) Crvena rijeka in Srebrenica, FBiH – at risk from failure to take precautions, which brought about penetration of moisture inside the building causing heavy structural damage, which eventually brought about the collapse of part of the building and which is likely to cause its complete destruction;
  62. The Archival Materials of the BiH Archives, municipality Centar, FBiH – at risk from vandalism and poor conditions for the materials safekeeping (moisture in some parts of the depot.)
  63. The Historic Site – the Necropolises with Stećak and Nišan Tombstones  at Ozren, municipality ilijaš, FBiH – at risk from vandalism (relocation of stećak tombstones at the site of Travnjak and driving motor vehicles over stećak tombstones at the site of Bandijera), disintegration of the necropolises from years of neglect and lack of maintenance, adverse weather effects and a very little awareness of the PD Igman members and the KJP Sarajevo-šume employees about the values of the monuments from the Middle Ages and Ottoman Rule in Bosnia and Herzegovina;
  64. The Historic Building – the Rt Tower (Kulina on the Krupa River) in Dračevo, municipality Čapljina, FBiH – the property is at risk from lack of routine maintenance, disappearance of structures and exposure to weathering;
  65. The Ferhat-pasha Library in Banja Luka, RS – at risk from poor safekeeping conditions for materials; 
  66. The Architectural Ensemble – Novo Selo (Franz Josefsfeld), the City of Bijeljina, RS – at risk from failure to take precautions and carry out routine maintenance works, the result of which is a poor state of the ensemble buildings;
  67. The Funerary Ensemble – the Old Orthodox Cemetery at Pašinovac, Mostar, FBiH – at risk from little maintenance; the threat is even bigger because of sinking headstones, soil erosion and lack of vegetation which stops negative impacts of the sun and wind;
  68. The Historic Monument – the Building of the Šipad Railway Station (the building of the former railway station Steinbeiss) in Jajce, FBiH – at risk from years of neglect and damage threatening the building to collapse (poor structural state of the building);
  69. The Site and Remains of the Historic Monument – the Ljubunčić (Teskerdžić) Tower in Voljice, municipality Gornji Vakuf-Uskoplje, FBiH – at risk from years of neglect and damage threatening the building to collapse;
